Process
Personalized Consultation: Your treatment begins with a one-on-one consultation in which we evaluate your oral health, discuss your smile goals and determine which type of aligners best fits your needs.
Digital 3D Scanning: Say goodbye to messy impressions. We use digital intraoral scanning to capture a precise 3D model of your teeth, allowing us to build a treatment plan that’s both accurate and comfortable.
Custom Treatment Planning: Using your digital scan, we design a fully customized plan that maps out every stage of your tooth movement. You’ll even get to preview your future smile before treatment begins. Most cases are completed in 6 to 18 months, depending on the complexity.
Clear Aligner Delivery & Wear: Once approved, you’ll receive a series of clear, custom-fit aligners. Each set is worn for about two weeks, gently and gradually shifting your teeth into place for a healthier, straighter smile.

Next Steps
Wearing Your Aligners: To ensure the best results, we recommend wearing your clear aligners 20–22 hours a day, removing them only to eat, drink (except water), brush and floss. Consistent wear is key to keeping your treatment on track and achieving your desired outcome in the expected time frame.
Progress Check-Ins: You’ll visit our office approximately every 5 to 6 weeks for a quick progress check. Dr. Koenig and our team will ensure that your aligners are working as planned, make any necessary adjustments and keep your treatment moving smoothly.
Treatment Completion: Once your aligner series is complete, we’ll evaluate your final results and, if needed, recommend retainers or additional refinements to help maintain your beautifully aligned smile long-term. Our goal is to help you enjoy a confident, healthy smile that lasts.
