Process

Consultation: Your whitening journey begins with a one-on-one consultation. During this visit, we evaluate your oral health, talk through your smile goals and recommend the most effective treatment option. We may also perform a professional cleaning to remove surface stains and help ensure smooth, even whitening results.

In-Office Whitening: Our professional in-office treatment can brighten your smile in just one appointment. After placing a protective barrier over your gums, we apply a high-strength whitening gel and may use a specialized light to accelerate stain removal—delivering noticeable results in about 60–90 minutes.

Take-Home Whitening Kit: For patients who prefer whitening gradually, we offer a take-home kit with custom-fit trays and professional-grade gel. Worn daily over one to two weeks, it gives you the flexibility to whiten at your own pace while enjoying the comfort of treatment at home.

Next Steps

Manage Sensitivity: Wear your custom trays with sensitivity gel for 2–4 hours before whitening to calm and protect sensitive teeth.

Gradual Whitening at Home: After sensitivity improves, begin your whitening routine at home using either 15% or 35% gel as recommended by your dentist.

Minimize Staining: Use a straw when drinking beverages that can stain, helping reduce contact with your teeth and extend your whitening results.

Avoid Staining Foods & Drinks: For the first two days, stay away from coffee, red wine, berries, tomato sauces and other foods or drinks known to discolor freshly whitened teeth.

No Smoking or Tobacco: Avoid all tobacco products, as they can quickly stain teeth and undo your whitening progress.
