Your membership is effective immediately—no waiting periods!
How can I apply my discount toward treatment?
Simply schedule an appointment and be sure to tell us you’re a Table Mesa Dental Plan member. When you arrive, we’ll confirm that your membership is current, and you'll be eligible for instant savings.
Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely! Your entire family can join.
Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Your Table Mesa Dental membership is solely with our office and, as such, is non-transferable.
